Cultivate student accomplishment with 5th and 6th grade students in an OPS elementary school twice a month. Volunteers will practice goal setting and facilitate an activity with small groups of students. The dates, goals and activities are planned and prepared by our P4K staff, so all you need to do is show up!
Goal Buddies serve for one hour during the school day; exact time varies by school assignment. Goal Buddies work with students in the following elementary schools: Belle Ryan, Fontenelle, Franklin, Gifford Park, and Sherman.
Need to know
The P4K Recruitment Team will follow up with an email containing background check information that will need to be completed before being officially accepted to volunteer. Recruitment will also confirm times and dates of your availability and discuss preferences before receiving your school assignment.
